Planning Board

The Planning Board meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Town Office. Summer hours are May  – September and usually meet only the second Tuesday.

NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS AND SURVEYORS

As of January 9, 2024, any application for a subdivision or a boundary line adjustment, accepted and approved by the Planning Board will NOT be filed at the Registry of Deeds Office until a digital copy of the approved plan is sent to and received by the town’s Assessor’s Office.
