The Jefferson Zoning Board of Adjustment

7:30 PM on Thursday, June 12, 2025

1n Person at the Town Offices,Jefferson Community Center

Notice is hereby given that there will be Public Hearings before the Jefferson Zoning Board of Adjustment to consider the following:

  • An application for a Special Exception from Jill Magner in accordance with Article III, Section 2 of the Land Use Ordinance. She proposes to operate a short-term rental at 64 Rockwood Ave., Map 15, Lot 42H.

  • An application for a Variance from Celeste Dunn in accordance with Article IV, Section 2 of the Land Use Ordinance. She proposes to build a structure closer to a lot line than allowed at 771 Presidential Highway, Map 5A, Lot 25.

You may attend said meeting or submit your comments in writing to express your reasons why final approval should or should not be granted.  The applications are on file for public inspection at the Jefferson Town Office.  If you have any questions, please telephone the town office at 603-586-4553.
