PUBLIC NOTICE
The general public can no longer access Jefferson Planning Board or Zoning Board meetings via Zoom. If someone must attend a meeting virtually because they are involved in the application, such as an attorney, surveyor, engineer, etc., they must set it up from their end and ask the town board to join them. The applicant must inform the Board secretary at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing why this is needed. The applicant (or the applicant’s designated agent) whose case is being heard must be physically present at the hearing. Those choosing to participate virtually, also assume the risk of any technical malfunction interfering with such a connection.
