Jefferson Community Center, 178 Meadows Road

Notice is hereby given there will be a Public Hearing before the Jefferson Zoning Board of Adjustment to consider the following:

An application for a Variance from Christopher Lovell in accordance with Article IV, Section 2 of the Land Use Ordinance.  He proposes to build a garage closer to a lot line than allowed at 18 Cottage Road, Map 8, Lot 36

You may attend said meeting or submit your comments in writing to express your reasons why final approval should or should not be granted.  The applications are on file for public inspection at the Jefferson Town Office.  If you have any questions, please telephone the town office at 603-586-4553.
