Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing before the Jefferson Zoning Board of Adjustment to consider the following:
An application for a Special Exception from Edward & Roxanne Stanley operating as Stanley Holdings, LLC in accordance with Article III, Section 2 of the Land Use Ordinance. They propose to operate a Short-term Rental at 790 Presidential Highway, Map 5A, Lot 20.
You may attend said meeting or submit your comments in writing to express your reasons why final approval should or should not be granted. The application is on file for public inspection at the Jefferson Town Office. If you have any questions, please telephone the town office at 603-586-4553.
